Part of the SCARS conference fee includes Lunches Monday-Thursday.

Historically, Mondays lunch is provided at the Crash Test site and has been either

Chicken Perlo – Recipe Options

or

Chicken Bog – Recipe Options

Almost the same dish, and as with most cooking by good food preparers, the final outcome is highly dependent upon who is preparing the dish. Please see the links above for recipe examples of each dish.

Tuesday through Thursday the lunches have been things like

– Sandwichs (prepared)

– Tacos (pulled pork/shredded chicken filling)
