Conference Dinners

Along with lunches, SCARS has provided dinner for Tuesday-Thursday.

Another dinner has been Low Land Country Boil or Frogmore Stew (Shrimp, Potatoes, Corn on the Cob, Sausage)  – Frogmore Stew Recipes  or Low Land Country Boil Recipes

For the last several years, the third nights dinner has been Prime Rib, again, slow cooked over a smoker, along with some kind of potato on the side, and a green salad (if you so choose)
